Kelvin is currently a full time Postgraduate Certificate in Law (PCLL) student. He is a HKU graduate, having obtained degrees in both  Civil Engineering and Law. He joined Hornell Hall as a student member 5 years ago and has been an active member since then. He was previously an ExCo member and hall band captain.
