During my internship at the Human Resources Office of Tung Wah Group of Hospitals (TWGHs), attached to the SDA and PD units, I gained invaluable practical experience in integrating AI into operations. Through hands-on tasks such as designing recruitment materials with Adobe Firefly and producing animated instructional videos for leave applications using Gemini, Dzine, and MiniMax, I deepened my understanding of workplace AI adoption. I also researched key retention strategies for younger staff, proposing modern welfare models and workflow automation tools to accelerate office digitization. Supervisors generously provided guidance which greatly benefited my professional development.

This experience not only enhanced my technical and analytical skills but also gave me a clearer perspective on modern human resource management. I highly recommend the internship to any student aspiring to pursue a career in organizational management.
