Mr. Fung has more than 28 years of experience in the real estate and asset management industries. He is an industry veteran with extensive experience in Asia Pacific region, especially Greater China. Mr. Fung worked with different institutions, including domestic blue chip conglomerate and global financial institution. He played an instrumental role in the partnership with different profile of investors, including Southeast Asian family offices, Hong Kong publicly listed company and also one of the top Chinese university sponsored enterprise in the implementation of different private equity and asset management strategies. His expertise covers real estate investment, project development and financing, M&A, asset management and facility management etc. Mr. Fung received a B.Soc.Sc. degree from HKU and an MBA from HKUST.
Ms. Samuelina SUEN, Vice President, COO Office, Technology & Operations, DBS Bank (HK) Ltd
Before joining DBS Bank HK in 2000, Samuelina has worked in different service industry including other banks, airline and hotel during which she has acquired high level of service sense. During the past 20 years at DBS Bank, she has resumed different roles such as In-House trainer, Finance Management, Employee Engagement, Customer Experience; while the recent role is to lead People Transformation Team at Technology & Operations Unit at the Bank. Her core responsibilities are to drive the culture change, set strategy to upskill/reskill the team, upkeep employee engagement as well as Customer/Employee Experience. All the priorities serve to transform the staff to be an engaged workforce as Digital Banker.

Mr. Samuel SUEN, Director, SS Data Limited
Since graduated, Samuel has been working over forty years for the IT industry in both customer and vendor sides. In 2020, Samuel has established a new IT company, SS Data Limited, specialized in IT system development and maintenance, IT operation services and IT Security Consulting as well as Big Data analytics for Government and Commercial sectors. We are now growing to a company with 20+ professionals working in different areas of IT industry. Our aim is to assist IT graduates in joining and pursuiting IT Career with their greatest confidence and contributions. Prior to SS Data Limited, he was working for UST Global from 2015 as an APAC Advisor, and later a Country Manager/Account Director in Australia to establish a new business operation locally for their clients and is now locating in Hong Kong responsible for overall business growth, and client delivery and satisfaction in Greater China region. Since 1997, Samuel worked for Electronic Data Systems (EDS) and Hewlett Packard (HP) for 26 years as Client Delivery Executive and Account General Manager respectively serving multiple large Banking, transportation, retail, technology corporations in Hong Kong and Asia Pacific Region including Hong Kong Government, Airport Authority, Hospital Authority, Housing Authority, Cathay Pacific Airways and Mass Transit Railway, HSBC, AS Watson, AEON Stores and Carrefour Asia, Fedex and Microsoft etc. in Asia Pacific Region.
His forty years of IT expertise spans from system software design, application development, IT outsourcing services to strategic planning, business consulting and development, and strategic account and sales management through continued employments in Hong Kong and Shanghai Bank, Bank of America, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Electronic Data Systems, Hewlett Packard and now UST Global. Mr. Suen was HKU Hornell Hall Chairman of 1978 and he obtained his BSc Degree (Hons) in Electrical Engineering from University of Hong Kong in 1980 and his Master Degree in Business Administration from University of Technology, New South Sales in Australia in 1989. And also he was admitted with the title of Senior Associate of Australian Institute of Banker in 1989. He is now pursuing a PHD study in the topic of Enterprise Management and Big Data Analytics.
